A hostess in Thailand primarily manages guest experience — greeting, directing, registering, and looking after delegates at conferences, trade shows, or corporate events. A promotional model focuses on brand representation: product demonstrations, sampling, and brand activation. Many of our staff are trained in both roles and can flex between them within the same event programme.

We accommodate all standard corporate dress codes: branded uniforms or polo shirts you supply, formal Thai evening dress, business smart (blazer with tailored trousers or pencil skirt), cocktail attire, and custom branded promotional outfits. For trade shows we recommend providing your own branded polo or vest so staff integrate seamlessly with your booth identity. If you need custom uniform production, allow at least 5 working days from artwork approval.

Yes — all of our event hostesses and models are required to have working conversational English as a minimum standard. For international conferences and MICE events we can provide staff with advanced English, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, French, or German language skills. Please specify your language requirements clearly in your brief. Multilingual staff carry a premium rate and require longer lead times to source from our specialist roster.

For small bookings of 1–5 staff we typically need 7–14 days' notice. For larger trade show or conference deployments of 10+ staff, 4–6 weeks is recommended — particularly during peak MICE season (November–February in Bangkok, November–April in Phuket). BITEC and QSNCC trade show periods are our highest-demand windows; contact us as early as possible for these dates. We do accommodate urgent bookings and will always advise honestly on what is achievable at short notice.

Cancellations more than 14 days before the event are refunded in full minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 14–7 days forfeit 50% of the booking fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Date changes (not cancellations) made more than 7 days out are accommodated at no charge, subject to staff availability. We recommend event insurance for any booking where the client bears significant cancellation risk.

As a general guide: a standard 9–18 sqm trade show booth typically needs 2–3 hostesses; conference registration for 100 delegates needs 2–4 staff; a 200-guest gala dinner needs 4–6 floor hostesses; a product launch with multiple demo stations needs 1 brand ambassador per station. We will recommend the right ratio in your proposal based on your floor plan, programme schedule, and expected guest volume. Understaffing is a common mistake — we will always advise against it.
